Application :
- correct decimal format of axis labels in charts
- new user manual (french and english)

ToolBox :
- add selector for Kuchemann correction

Plane analysis :
- add roll inclination
- improved dCmCG calculation (now relative to trim Cl)
- improved wing downwash calculation (tail position corrected by Alpha projection)

Wing and Tail design :
- add foil polar extract function

VLM analysis :
- add adjustable numbers of panels
- add tail simulation along span
